Let's upgrade your skillset through the Talent On-Demand Programme (TOP)!
This programme aims to help Persons with Disabilities who are currently in employment or unemployed to upgrade their skills through partnership with leading companies in providing weekly hybrid lessons that will lead to certification.
How It Works
By collaborating with our corporate partners, we will offer intensive courses aimed at helping participants gain certifications in high-demand industries. However, the focus extends beyond mere credential acquisition; it encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the evolving social landscape within these fields and the practical application of this knowledge in real-world business scenarios.
Our first batch of TOP
On March 2023, TomoWork launched the first batch of TOP in the Human Resource space, in collaboration with Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) and Temasek Polytechnic.
The programme participants were year-2 students of Temasek Polytechnic who worked in the HR department during their student internship in the corporates.
Throughout the consecutive lessons for 20 weeks, the participants acquired the relevant knowledge and skills in the HR domain.
