In this 12-week programme, 20 graduating students and recent alumni with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), local Polytechnics & Institutes of Technical Education will have an opportunity to accelerate their career preparation for the jobs of the future.

Professional Work Experience

You will gain more work experiences by working in teams on exciting real world digital business challenges from foodpanda, Sembcorp Industries & Unilever while learning about corporate culture from company visit days. This will take up to 50% of the accelerator and involve research, design & building solutions.

Fully Sponsored Digital Skills Certifications

You will get access to a curated curriculum of in-demand skills learning courses & obtain certifications that are fully sponsored by leading companies to enhance your employability. One course to be chosen at minimum.

To pick 4 skills with breakdown: digital marketing, data analytics, sustainability & UI/UX design. Digital marketing is about business analysis, social media management, marketing & content strategy, and market research. Data analytics is about business analysis, data mining, cleaning & visualisation with Qlik, Excel or Power BI. Sustainability is about ESG, carbon footprint measurement & management, and green solutions & facilities management. UI/UX design is about UX & UI design, process improvement & optimisation, user testing & usability testing.

Job Readiness & Personal Growth

You will participate in several corporate sharing sessions & personal development workshops to enhance critical core skills that are transferable across various job roles & industries. This includes: 

Critical core skills: thinking critically (e.g. design thinking, problem solving, decision & sense making), interacting with others (e.g. inclusivity building, collaboration, teamwork & communication) & staying relevant (learning agility, self-management & digital fluency).

You will also undergo three mentoring sessions with industry professionals from Amazon Web Services, Barclays, Google, Meta, Microsoft, & VMware to develop a greater perspective of the workforce & better career planning from their lived experience. This is a prime opportunity to begin networking and building relationships with working professionals!

Training Allowance

Celebrate your growth with a S$1,200 stipend upon the programme’s completion. An attendance rate of 90% is required for successful completion of the programme.
