Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP)
If you’re a POLYTECHNIC STUDENT– graduating or recently graduated
The Talent Accelerator Programme is TomoWork’s flagship initiative.Designed for graduating or recently graduated Polytechnic students, the 12-week programme runs annually in March and offers a 360-degree approach to prepare you for success in the workforce.
Through TAP, you will gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and industry-recognized certifications. In addition, you’ll receive mentorship and job search support, connecting you with opportunities through TomoWork’s extensive partner network.
Talent Explorer Programme (TEP) for POLITE
If you’re currently an ITE or Polytechnic student
Note: We run 2 distinct Talent Explorer Programmes—one tailored for Polytechnic and ITE students and another specifically designed for University undergraduates.
The Talent Explorer Programme for POLITE helps Polytechnic and ITE students kickstart their career journey before graduation. This 5-day programme, held annually in September, offers valuable insights into the job market, highlighting top career paths and the in-demand skills necessary for success.
Through TEP, participants gain early exposure to the professional world, identify essential skills and experiences and jumpstart career aspirations.
Talent Explorer Programme (TEP) for University
If you’re currently a University undergraduate
Note: We run 2 distinct Talent Explorer Programmes—one tailored for Polytechnic and ITE students and another specifically designed for University undergraduates.
The TomoWork Talent Explorer Programme for University undergraduates is an immersive 5-day experience that helps students with tailored assistance needs explore and define their career aspirations.
Participants will gain insights into industry trends, identify key skills for success, and discover exciting career paths, all while gaining a practical preview of the professional world.
Talent Uplift Collective (TUC)
If you’re a current undergraduate enrolled in a university in Singapore.
The Talent Uplift Collective (TUC) is a four-month experiential learning programme designed for undergraduates with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and disabilities. Through structured training, participants can earn industry-aligned certifications to build career readiness.
TUC offers personalised mentorship, corporate networking and team-based social impact projects while building connections within a supportive community.
Education grants of up to $4,500 per programme cycle are available to up to 20 eligible participants who require financial assistance with their education-related expenses.
Talent On-Demand Programme (TOP)
If you’re eager to develop in-demand skills to boost your career prospects
The Talent On-Demand Programme is designed to help students requiring tailored assistance acquire in-demand skills through partnerships with leading corporate organizations. This program offers specialized training and lessons that culminate in certifications, preparing you for today’s competitive job market.
